Goals | May 2020

As of yesterday, I am an unofficial high school graduate.   We are just awaiting the finalization of my grade in a college economics course, and then grades can be submitted for official graduation.   I’m thankful to have made it to the end of this chapter, but I cannot wait to see what God has for me in the future!

Answered Prayer

Over the past month of quarantine, I’ve been blown away by abundant blessing, answered prayer, and seeing God’s hand at work.  The pandemic hasn’t been easy for anyone, but we are all partakers of God’s blessing (some in different ways than others), and today I’d like to be very real with you and share how God has been working in my life.

10 Things for 2020 Grads to do in Quarantine

If you’re a high school senior this year, congratulations!   This road has been a rather interesting one, as you would agree I’m sure, but at long last, the finish line is on the horizon!   It’s surreal to think I will be a graduated human being in less than a month.   God is good!

Christ is Enough When We Don't Understand

The other evening in my devotions, I was reading Matthew’s account of the triumphal entry in Matthew 21:6-11.   This is a very understandable Scripture to read at this time, considering Palm Sunday was 3 days ago and marked the beginning of Passion Week (also known as Holy Week), which will culminate in the sober remembrance of His death on Good Friday and the joyful celebration of His Resurrection on Easter Sunday.   Copied below are the Scriptures for reference.

I hope this blog post finds you and your family safe and healthy.   Where I am from, we are now about 3 weeks in to this whole quarantine business.   You’re probably discovering by now that you have a ton of time on your hands that you never had before!   Today I’ve compiled a list of 120 things you can do during this quarantine.   I brainstormed for quite a while in order to provide this list for you, so I hope you’ll find some of it inspiring or helpful.
